Submissions to the tour will be at the discretion of the tour coordinator and will offer at least one spot to each agent submitting, so list your primary property first. 
If there is additional space, more submissions will be added. 
There will be a total of 9 properties per tour.

-Portola area tours will be on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. 

-Graeagle tours will be held on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month.  

-Additional tours may be added at the discretion of the tour coordinator. All tours will be subject to weather, agent participation and market activity. 

-All tour requests must be submitted to the Tour Coordinator no later than 5:00 PM on the Monday prior to tour.  Go to jeannedansby.com/tour-signup. You will need to provide your name, email, MLS number(s) and property address(s). The rest of the information will be obtained via Paragon.

-Submissions to the tour will be at the discretion of the tour coordinator and will offer at least one spot to each submitting agent, so list your primary property first.

-There will be a no more than 9 properties on each tour. 

-The Tour Coordinator will arrange the order of the tour and will send out a tour schedule on the Tuesday prior to tour.  Agents should bring it with them to the tour along with printed tour comment sheets that will be provided.

-When a property is scheduled for tour, the agent, or their representative* must be at the property during the showing.  Agents are encouraged to complete the entire tour and not be present for just their own listing(s).
*An unlicensed representative may hold the home open for the other agents to see, but may not participate in the tour itself.

-A tour comment sheet and should be completed for each property and left with a business card for the listing agent.  Please do not RUSH through a home -- take the time required to leave constructive comments for the agent to share with their client. 

-The amount of homes on any given tour will be at the discretion of the Tour Coordinator.  A home cannot be placed on tour more than once every nine months during its listing with the same Broker -- unless there are special circumstances that are approved by the Tour Coordinator.
